I charge a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No Shows are required to pay 50% of their service before allowing to rebook again. I have a “15 minute grace period”. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is likely your appointment will be rescheduled or altered dependent upon my discretion. If your appointment has to be rescheduled, the 50% cancellation policy is still enforced. I understand that things happen and emergency’s happen, make sure you reach out to me if anything happens to where you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment time within the 24 hour grace period in order to reschedule without paying the cancellation/no show fee!!
